When scheduling by phone, the voice menu will direct you to press "0" to be connected to our
scheduling department, a group of very nice people who have the names,
schedules, locations, specializations, and insurance contracts of all
our mental health clinicians throughout the Denver and Boulder area.
You will be scheduled for an appointment on the spot with the mental
health clinician best matching your needs by specialization, location,
and so forth. We accept most insurance plans.
Our scheduling department will then fax initial information to the
mental health clinician after scheduling the intake appointment.
You will be called 24 hours before this appointment as a reminder.
