Carol Ruddick has an M.A. and Ed.S. from Arizona State
University in Tempe, Arizona. She specializes in trauma and PTSD, grief,
depression, and anxiety, as well as relationships, marriage, and family.
With a practice that has extended from Albania, Kosovo, Afghanistan,
Israel, Botswana, Belarus and across the United States, Carol’s broad
experience includes adults, teens, and children, with in-depth play
therapy techniques for children. She employs EMDR, theophostic dream
therapy, and cognitive behavioral approaches to provide a pathway out of
destructive patterns of behavior and into a place of stability and
